I'm finishing an MS in Artificial Intelligence at UAB (GPA 3.8, graduating Dec 2026), after 2+ years in backend software engineering with Node.js, REST APIs, RabbitMQ and blockchain integrations. I founded Memorilla, an AI-powered English vocabulary learning app. I'm also a student researcher in Drug–Target Affinity prediction under Dr. Truong-Son Hy.
Projects
Research
I work on Drug–Target Affinity and Drug–Target Interaction (DTA/DTI) prediction, including a re-implementation and reproduction of DeepDTA. I have also run HPC experiments on UAB Cheaha for a plant phenotype–genotype project.
